ICRSS PRO Phone App Setup & Notification Procedures

Q: My mobile phone was replaced & my ‘ICRSS Pro’ app is gone. How do I get it back/reinstalled ?
A: Go to your Apple/Android store. Search for ICRSS PRO and download & login again. You should NOT need to purchase the application again. Then follow the steps in this HOW TO "SETUP" VIDEO

Q: I’m not getting notifications on my mobile phone. Why?
Q: My phone updated, why aren’t I getting notifications?
Q: Why did my notifications suddenly STOP?
A: Whether it be a system update, an internet provider fire wall change, or a power outage; simply “Presubscribing” should fix this problem. Follow the steps in this HOW TO "RESUBSCRIBE" VIDEO .

Q: Why does my ICRSSPRO App look different, and/or I’m not getting notifications ?
A: ICR sent out an update with system improvements and now looks & functions the same whether on iPhone or Android device. Since this update, some End Users (EU) will need to reconnect/resubscribe. Please download and follow these step by step instructions (with pictures). If still unsuccessful please don’t hesitate to call.
